We take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if your garment isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form provided inside your original delivery.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Manchester factory receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
